This position is M-F 8am-4:
30pm (weekends and holidays as needed) Responsibilities include assisting in the completion of maintenance and repair of the physical plant and it's systems, preparation and completion of in-house projects, snow removal and maintaining clean and organized work area.
Must maintain flexible work schedule and participates in on-call schedule as assigned.
Must be able to read and work from blueprints and make estimates of required materials.
This position requires 3 years of general maintenance experience with electrical, plumbing or carpentry experience preferred.
Must posses valid Ne driver's license and be able to communicate in English.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
