Casual work attire International workforce We are seeking a Food Service Worker to become an integral part of our team in locations throughout the Omaha area! Team Members work a variety of positions:
accurately taking, collecting & packaging orders, suggestive selling, delivering orders to guests, preparing food, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages to guests Explain to guests about menu items Clean and prepare the dining areas Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant, and Inspire Smiles through Delicious Experiences.
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned Team Members must listen to guests, coworkers, and supervisors, in person and over loudspeakers and/or a headset.
They must also read receipts, screens, manuals, and printed directions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with guests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for the duration of their shifts and be able to lift 25 to 40 pounds.
